Cha Ca Thang Long

One of our favorite things about traveling is trying new dishes. On the recommendation of a local, we went to this little restaurant that serves only one dish - Cha Ca Thang Long. It was snake head fish fried in tumeric along with green onions and a ton of dill. It was cooked at our table and served over rice noodles with fresh onions, mint, cilantro, peanuts, chili peppers and fish sauce. Yum!
