A Playground of Meat!

Tonight's dinner, we enjoyed charcoal grilled alpaca, lamb, chorizo, stuffed peppers and whole guinea pig (Cuy).

The guinea pig was tender, a bit gamey, and of course still had its teeth and eyes!

The Alpaca was also delicious as was the lamb. 

Chorizo was very mild and tasty. 

Stuffed peppers were amazing and had a nice bite to them. I love that they stuck a Cuy bone on the top so you could pick it up and put it on your plate. 

The Peruvian wine (Gran Tinto) we had was also amazing. Sad that we didn't try more of the Peruvian wines. 

Amazing and delicious!
